Yes, I had my regular water alongside. You cannot just drink the 32 oz of the detox or you will get dehydrated. I normally drink about 95 oz per day including fizzy, detox, etc.

Remember it will take your bladder about 2 weeks to adjust to the amount of liquid you are drinking.

just after the full 7 days, im just under a 5 lbs total loss, but i feel it even more. Hopefully June will get a few extra lost too! THNKS

I'm almost done with mine today already. No big events. Just peeing alot. I'm used to drinking this much though so I think I'm just detoxing liquids at the moment. We will see what tomorrow brings :-P

I ate lunch and drank most of it then. It was easier to drink it when I had something else to put in my mouth right after and take the taste away. Not that the taste is really even that bad, but whatever makes it easier
