That includes the detox mix. I drink at least 64 oz, so 2 of the bottles per day. Today's my last day of it. I'm kinda sad. Didn't loose a pound, but feel great.

1/2 your body weight total. The 32 with the detox is included in that. If you don't drink enough you might get gassy or crampy.

How did you like the peel? Be careful tanning your face after cause it really does remove the top layer or two of dead stuff and you will tan A LOT faster and burn more easily. I found that out the hard way - eeek! When you use Arbonne you will probably cut down your tanning times quite a bit with all of the nutrients in your skin, especially with the vitamin C products.

I don' tkow if it was the detox or just my life but last night I couldn't sleep at all, kept waking up, when i was asleep I had the strangest dreams, and I woke up with the biggest stomach ache . It's only my second day today though so I'm assuming it will take another few days before I start feeling nice.

From what I remember I slept pretty well my first night. I'm on day 7 and haven't lost a pound. Looks like I've gained one. Feel great though.

I definitely agree with Kathe; drink plenty of water. I was gassy b/c I can't drink that much. I'm working my way up to it and and there now, but it was hard for the first half of it.

Meagan did you drink enough water yesterday. And that did happen to me on one of the days I can't remember which one though. I think it was just things getting stirred up. Once it all came out I was fine. Today and tomorrow might be kind of rough for you if you are starting out like this. Just hang in there cause better the stuff is out than in.

I probably coulda used another 10-20 ounces yesterday. I'm forcing myself to drink more today. I was watchiing movies with strange plots all day yesterday too so that could account for the dreams haha

ALL DONE!!! lost 2 pounds and I feel really good! Gonna do another one next month and see how that one goes.

I was up all last nite too. I know I didnt get enough water in. I was about 12 oz shy. I had to pee alot so that is why I kept getting up. ANyway, I am working on it again and already am done one bottle of water (8oz). I am not too far into the drink today but it does taste a lil better.

I really hope I lose SOMETHING on this. Kinda discouraging when Kathe lost 8 but Aimee lost nothing and might have gained.

It's not as much about the weight loss as it is how you feel. And be sure to listen to the detox recorded call as you will learn a lot about why it's important to regularly detox. Again, the weight loss is great but it's more about being healthy.

And maybe you don't have as much to lose. I need to lose about 20 pounds total so that was probably part of the issue. When you listen to the call you'll hear how toxins hold onto weight in your body.

Toxins do a lot of damage to us. What you see one month might be different than what you see the next depending on what your body needs right then. It's about great health.
