Yes once you have detoxed you will lose weight easier and faster. Those toxins love to hold fat and cellulite in the body. I think Sandi is on the same day you are Meagan. Not sure about Susan.

Yay, I have been having trouble losing weight, been working out at least 4 days a week for the past like 4 months and have only lost 8lbs

And most of that was in the past about monthish when I started eating right along with it.

See that right there is a sign of too many toxins. When you are eating right and working out and still not losing those darn toxins are just holding that weight on. You'll start seeing a difference the more you detox.

I am on day 2. I have been losing the same 8 lbs for the last several months. I am tired of it! LOL!

HAHA we are the same Susan. I'm already half way done with todays. I just stuck it in the fridge because it was getting a little warm and am sucking down water. I wonder if it will boost my mood so I don't want to shoot every person that comes in here with a stupid question lol.

I'll be happy with better sleep and my joints less sore. Then maybe I'll have energy to get up and go for a walk before I get ready.

Today is my last day. I am here to report that the last day is a very gassy one. I guess that means I didn't drink enough water today....but I didn't drink any less than normal. The only thing I can think of is that I worked out hard this morning and then took the boys to the zoo this afternoon. Pushing a double stroller around the zoo is a whole other workout! So maybe I needed to drink more than normal??

I will report any weight loss tomorrow morning. Even if I haven't lost any actual weight, I feel my jeans are a little looser and I know my stomach is tighter - which is no small feat after two kids!

I still have lots of weight to lose so I plan to do this again!

Today was my last too. I must say, it gets easier to get down, though the taste isn't horrible anyway. I think that when I sell it I won't say it'll make you loose weight. If that's an affect, awesome! I swear I feel better than I've felt in a long time. And I'm a huge skeptic. Next time I'm gonna try to get down more water.
