Hmmmm I guess my other blows outs were from the coffee. No coffee, no blowy bubblies.

Happy to report a 2.4 lbs weight loss. Not 8 lbs though. But I will say I was not very strict with my diet, still had coffee every morning. And the occasional handful of goldfish crackers (it's a mommy thing). I only got to the gym twice during the entire week - and I am usually there at least 5-6 days. But if detoxing helps me lose weight easier in the future then I am all about doing this once a month!

Weight is exactly same. I know I cheated a bit, so next month I'll make sure to follow more steadily. It did force me to change a lot of what I was eating and I know I'm on a better track that I was.

Kathe, I emailed you yesterday. I faxed paperwork in. Do I just wait for someone to contact me with an ID# so I can start ordering?

Aimee I'm going to call them at 9 am when they open to make sure they got the paperwork. I'll update you then.

Once they process the paperwork they will email you with your ID number and you can order. It will take about a week as long as the paperwork was all correct.

Excellent! Now as long as you continue on eating pretty well and getting some exercise you will lose easier. Because you are ridding your body of toxins which hold onto weight, you now have a better chance at continuing to lose easier. Hope that makes sense. The more you detox and get rid of the nasties, the easier your body functions naturally.

So last night I slept better, still had the weird dreams. Its those kind of dreams where you think they were reality until your goign about your day and you try to talk to the person in your dream about them and they don't know what you're talking about. My stomach didn't hurt this morning though so that was a good thing. I'm still feeling like normal me, but I am only on day three

. The taste isn't near as bad anymore either.

I just remembered I did this morning but then I went back to bed but I forgot. Since then I have been poop free though. And no, I'm probably not drinking enough lol. I went to the gym this morning and drank a bottle of water thenand am just getting done with my second bottle now. I'll try and down another one before i leave here at 8. I've been too busy playing with my new iphone haha
