Well what I had was loose and when I had to go, I had to go! Stomach cramped up and that was it! LOL! I got almost all my water in yesterday, maybe 5-6 oz shy. Today I am slow to get this drink in at all since I wasnt able to start it this morning cuz I ran out early and forgot it. SO i started drinking it at 1ish. But I drank alot of water today. NOthing major to say really. Just up alot at night going cuz I am not used to so much water lately. (Fridge has been broken for 3 weeks now so no ice water!!!) I had a headache and was a bit foggy headed yesterday but not today. Just tired. Maybe from the rain.

But, I dont feel as bloated really. Maybe I will start seeing some real "movement" in the next day or so!

Whole time I was on it I didn't have to go that much either. Mostly day 3 or 4. After that it was a normal pace.

Good morning healthy poopers!!! I'm so happy that so many of you are on the road to good health. I sold several sets of the detox at the salon yesterday. It seems that a lot of people are hearing about detoxing as the way to get healthy. Even the lady who delivers my mail bought one.

I'll be at home today but checking in to see how everyone is doing.

I don't know, I'll let you know because I'm a couple of weeks ahead of you. And remember it's only hard because it's doing its job. I'm sure as you get detoxed it won't be as rough on you as this first time is.

Use this as incentive to eat healthy and do healthy things the rest of the month. You are working on years of toxic build up and the less you add back in, the better.

Susan everything you are describing are things you experience when your body is detoxing. Headache, tiredness, etc. It's working.

OH! One thing I forgot to tell you guys is to make sure you are showering at least once a day and scrubbing your skin really good. Toxins are released not only through your bowels and intestines but through your skin and you want to get them off good every day, especially before you go to bed if you can.

You are peeing more because you are eliminating waste and toxins so that is a good thing, although I know a pain, especially at night when you want to be sleeping.

No it is a sign the detox is working. Shouldn't last too much longer.
