Well it is definately easier to do daily and not sure if I am losing but I feel better. Slept great last nite, woke up before my alarm and had tons of energy. Nothing MAJOR in the poop department but I dont feel as bloated. Now if I could just eat better I think this would work better! LOL! __________________  |

Since you haven't had any dudes try it (Mike's a chicken) and my wife says it tastes like butt I'm gonna go for it (mainly cause she took one swig and I don't want to waste it). Just drank 16 oz and it does take like butt - or more thread appropriate POOP! Gonna go out to eat and I'll drink the other 16oz later. Starting weight 265 (no I'm not that fat - just a big dude). We'll see where I end up. I've never done any kind of de-tox so I should be full of it. |

You really get used to the taste after that and it's much better. Don't gulp it all at once. Take a few sips through the entire day. It should take you most of the day to drink the entire 32 oz. Also, the colder, the better. I make mine over ice and keep it chilled all day.
