Last day almost complete!!! A couple more mouthfuls away. The last 3 or 4 days I've had a hard time getting all my water in...and haven't actually.

Hopefully now that I'm not full of water I won't eat a tonne of food. I'll try to drink lots of water still.

You know those big water jugs that go in water coolers? I drank one of those in a week!

The regular one is just that, a daily shampoo. The one with tea tree oil is for someone with flakes or itchy scalp or even psorisis. I use the regular, hubby uses the tea tree oil one.

Tom calls it miracle cream. You use it day 12 - 26 of your cycle. Every night before bed use one pump. Rotate where you put it in the following areas: face, neck, chest, breasts, inner arms, back of knees and bottom of feet. (btw - day 1 is the day you start your period).
