| Moderator/Arbonne VP | Yeah Meri it's an easy sell. They come in and they are all crabby and I ask them about their day and they say they are PMS ing and I ask them have you ever tried natural balance cream. I have this list of issues I hand them and say how many of these do you have. They laugh and say most of them. I hand them the cream and say start using this and in you'll start feeling like a new person. And once someone starts using the cream, they never stop. Ever. It becomes a part of their life because it makes them feel so much better. I know you were kind of joking but you are pretty right on. ![]() __________________ ![]() Please talk to me if you wouldclike to bring a great line of skinccare into your salon CLICK HERE to learn more ***** ![]() To us a child is born - Christ the King! |

I can't figure that out. I know the first $700 is $350 so I don't expect to see a "discount" there but after my first order does it start discounting items to my consultant cost automatically? Also, what are the goals set up to increase those discounts? A certain number of consultants signed up under you? I want the dang car! __________________ Act weird and let 'em wonder. |

They are not really managers, just titles and really used for pay grade. As a consultant you will earn 4% on any orders that are placed by people you sign up. Since you don't have any right now that really doesn't mean anything. As a DM (district manager) you earn 8% not only on the people you sign up, but on your own personal orders as well so that is a nice rebate on your own orders. To promote to DM you have to qualify for it. The qualification is as follows: $1000 or more PRV (personal retail volume) $6000 in GRV (group retail volume) This is volume (sales) that are combined between your own personal and anyone you sign up. This amount is over a 1 or 2 month period. And the $1000 PRV is counted in the $6000 GRV. So that's where you are at this time. You don't have to do anything with this but I wanted you to know just in case. At least you know. |

I think the price next to the items before you put them in the cart is the MSRP and then when you add them to your cart it will show the total and then subtract the consultant discount and then will show your total. I think, I could be wrong. I was confused but I just placed the order anyway haha. |

| Moderator/Arbonne VP | Meagan is right. The price you see next to the item is suggested retail. When you get to your cart it will show the retail amount less your discount. To make sure you are getting the best discount (after you do your RSVP) make sure you order in $250 increments. (retail amount) Your cost will be $162.50. Then at the bottom of the shopping cart page you'll be eligible to purchase an additional $100 for $20 for every $250 that you ordered. And once you get to $1000 total you get a 2nd RSVP. It will look something like this... $700 cost $350 $650 cost $422.50 Then eligible for 2 at $100 for $20 Then eligible for a 2nd $700 for $350 It might be a little confusing at first but you'll have it down in no time. Then.... What Meagan wrote is how to get to the first override level and start earning an extra 8% from your own orders as well as anyone who is signed up in your organization. The car is $40,000 sales volume per month from you and your organization. We've done that easily for almost 5 years now. It's definitely do-able but it takes some time put into growing your business. __________________ ![]() Please talk to me if you wouldclike to bring a great line of skinccare into your salon CLICK HERE to learn more ***** ![]() To us a child is born - Christ the King! |

| Moderator/Arbonne VP | One thing I want to make really clear. In the beginning it will be like a huge fog and everything seems confusing. It won't take long to figure everything out and you'll know it really well. ![]() __________________ ![]() Please talk to me if you wouldclike to bring a great line of skinccare into your salon CLICK HERE to learn more ***** ![]() To us a child is born - Christ the King! |

| Moderator/Arbonne VP | BTW - let me know when you get your order in so I can check to be sure everything goes in correctly. You're not showing up on my online stats yet so I want to stay on this until it does. __________________ ![]() Please talk to me if you wouldclike to bring a great line of skinccare into your salon CLICK HERE to learn more ***** ![]() To us a child is born - Christ the King! |

| Moderator/Arbonne VP | Yes I just finished it. It was definitely easier the 2nd time to drink enough water and to get through it. I lost 2# this time and my clothes are fitting much better. I have tons of energy and am waking up earlier without being tired at all. And I didn't do as well eating through this one as I did the first time. Some of those days I skipped meals completely and then pigged out when I got home - you know those days when you are so swamped that you don't even stop to eat and then you're starving when you get home and then eat everything in sight. Bad bad bad. ![]() __________________ ![]() Please talk to me if you wouldclike to bring a great line of skinccare into your salon CLICK HERE to learn more ***** ![]() To us a child is born - Christ the King! |

Thats good though that it gets easier. I'm going to start mine the second I get my stuff in which should be Tuesday. Actually I'll prob start Wednesday because UPS delivers pretty late here. I think it will be pretty much like my first time though since I did so bad eating the last few days my first time I'm excited though. Just bought an elliptical for my apartment so I'll be able tow ork out more....if I can get it put together. |
