hehe iw as wrong good to know since I'll have to keep that in mind for next month.

PS. it kicked in today...I think it knew I was going to be doing it for 2 weeks and just wanted to give me 2 days of peace before it killed me....

It's normal. Because the toxins are coming out things are getting stirred up. Every month it will get better and better. Also because of the breakouts I would suggest using the natural balance cream (prolief).

Toxins are released a lot of times through the glands in your face, chest and upper back. Seems like you got the process going but there is more in there that needs to come out.

I had a great trip to NOLA and Atlanta. Long long drive but really good trip. We sold lots of Arbonne and I met 2 really great salon owners who have terrific salons. Glad to be back.

I'm off now to spend a few hours with the family then I'll be back and into the swing of things again.

Well I lost weight... my skinny shorts fit so i treated myself to a donut. Imagine how much i could lose if I detoxed

Well you did it for 2 weeks. You're supposed to do it the same time every month. For instance I am doing it the first week of every month. Since you did it for 2 weeks you may want to wait one additional week.

So how is everyone dong on their next lot of detox? Are you all having the same thing happen this time as last?

Oh and another thing I know you all pooped alot but what about peeing was the more than normal or just the same...

Just curious so I know when it eventually gets to australia..

I think we all peed alot, but it was normal pee, and I don't know if it was the detox or just the fact that we were consuming a lot more water/liquid than we normally did because of the detox.

I'm on my 2nd one now and it is kind of weird. I went 2 days without poop, had a super poop day, yesterday nothing and today not much, kinda weird, I'd like to say its cuz I don' thave toxins in me but I ate like crap the last few weeks so I know I do. weird...
