 |  Re: Detoxed and lost 8# in one week!! You can eat pretty much normal as long as that means healthy. Just watch sugar, pop, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, stuff like that. Just remember you are ridding yourself of a lot of junk. Better it come out there than cause trouble inside.

Doesn't make any sense to be down in the dumps, it doesn't make you any money. And things WILL turn around, they always do. Hey are there any places for camping around where the salon is? Tom was saying he wouldn't mind going there for a few days with the munchkins and camping while I did some stuff at your salon. Let me know what you find. I would love to come and play at your salon for a few days.
