I work out 4-6 times a week and the days I am on the stairmaster I am totally soaked by the end of my workout, plus I sit in the steam room for 10-15 minutes....so I know I need extra extra water that day. Well, that was the day I got really crampy at night - probably not enough water.

well you should have left the cramps out of it. I was all gung ho to try it. Ill stick with the colon cleansing tea and my "fitness essence" lol, no cramps. the only thing that happens without getting enough water is constapation they say, which i have not experienced. lol

Now I must ask. Since you are all concerned with cleaning your colon, Dont forget about your LIVER! acording to my chineese guy, its the first thing you should cleans. Just for you Mike, perhaps some chinese places should not be visited, I"ve seen a few scary places that made me gag in china town in Vancouver, but this place, the little chinese guy, Jason, he is absolutly amazing. he is an acupucturist thats the real deal. I've heard nothing but great things about him from other people, so Rob went to see him for bad back pain, try it out, see if all the hoopla is legit. Rob has severe back problems. well not only did it work, but while he was in there, he had a very bad cough, Jason said to rob that he would get rid of the cough, and believe it or not, a strategicly placed pin, and robs cough was gone. My dad went in for leg pain, been to the doc, tried many things, went 2 times to see jason, as jason said 2 treatments and it will be gone, after the second treatment, his leg still bugged him for a bout a week. he was about to go back and ask for his money back, and then bam, pain gone and has never returned. THIS chineese store is effective, and does what it says. My brother suffers from migranes, as does my mom and me, lol, and my brother got something from this store that claims to cure migranes. so far so good, worked for him. Now just got to get my mom to try it, she is rediculously troubled by them.

believe me, when this place first opened up, I had a good laugh and doughted they would ever last.

Yup, I agree. That's what makes this detox so good for you. It cleanses the blood stream, liver, kidneys and colon. The whole thing. And IC you may not experience the cramps but then again you might. Everyone is different. A lot depends on your normal eating/drinking. Those that drink artificial junk, a lot of sugar and processed foods as well as alcohol will have it worse. Sounds like you eat pretty healthy to begin with so who knows....

Sheeh jmtan - way to make the rest of us feel like real slouches!

Yeah, she's a maniac! About the only workout I get these days is walking up and down the hallway and bending over cleaning tanning beds. LOL
