I am so excited about the new products launched by Arbonne in Atlanta early last month. The new SeaSource Detox Spa line is fabulous and works.

It is a 7 day detox cleanse. You drink one bottle per day for 7 days. The first time you do it you also buy the 32 oz water bottle (really nice one). Every morning you fill it up with water and add the 1 ounce bottle of detox. You sip the drink throughout the day and that way you don't get cramps. It works really really good.

I did what I thought was a good cleanse last year and it was a month long thing. I had to drink this nasty gritty stuff, take a pill and then drink a nasty cup of tea every day. It didn't do half of what this cleanse did in 7 days and this doesn't taste all that bad. And it works.

We are full of toxins. We get them from our food, environment, everything we touch. We need to detox on the regular basis to keep clean so we don't get sick.

A friend of mine just called and said she just finished her 7 days yesterday and she lost 5# so that is good as well.

Yup I ate totally normal and didn't even work out. Plus 2 of the days I was at Mike's salon and really didn't eat all that well those 2 days. You know how it is when you travel - you eat junk a lot. You don't have to change anything else. LOL - you guys are cracking me up!!

Does it have caffeine in it? I can't have caffeine, but I would sure like to lose 8 pounds. I was going to do a thermojet wrap at a salon near by but I just found out they don't have it anymore! That makes me sad

No the detox does not have caffeine. The fizzy tabs do though. I will post the ingredients to both of them after I get open at 9. I'm just putzing right now and just got done with a body wrap and cooling down a bit.
