Question Eczema

So my friend has a 4 month old baby, and she has developed severe eczema. I stressed to my friend how important it is to use Arbonne or other natural creams on the baby to prevent these conditions from happening. In the beginning she used Arbonne and her skin was great, now she uses J&J and she has eczema. Her doctor told her to use steroid cream and antibiotics. I am iffy on this choice, i feel as though if properly treated w NATURAL ingredients the skin will clear on its own....

anyone? kathy what do you think???

OK....dealt with this A LOT! And I have 2 peds on my Arbonne team. Please tell you friend to just switch back to Arbonne. She should see relief within 3 days. Do NOT use steriods on babies. I have done this so many times I can't even count and it ALWAYS works. Tell her not to put anything on that babies skin except Arbonne and she won't have these issues any longer.

OK well both of the peds on my team only recommend Arbonne for the very reason that it works.

I have pH tested J & J. It is the same pH as perm solution and Formula 409 - a 13. It is horrible on skin and will dry it out and wreck the pH of the skin in just one application. A friend who is an eye doctor told me that he tells patients with new contacts to use J & J in their eyes before messing around with their new contacts because it contains a numbing agent so babies don't feel the sting.

Arbonne baby products are pH 5.5 exactly what the skin needs to stay healthy and for baby to stay healthy.

Tell her to just try it for 3 - 4 days and test it out herself. She will see a noticable difference pretty quickly.

ps. I hate J & J. They have done more damage to babies and childrens skin and they set themselves up as someone to be trusted. Yuck! It's all about the money.

^^ wow so he tells people to put something this harmful into their eyes??? am i reading that correctly?

I have explained to her this over and over and she dosent seem to get it. Obviously now she is trusting her ped. and he is telling her to use antibiotics and steriod cream.

She used to use arbonne and once she switched to J&J recently, the baby has developed eczema. I guess she dosent see the correlation. I told her its not even about Arbonne, its about the babys health. If she dosent want to use arbonne than i told her to go out and buy another all natural ph balanced product to use on the baby

It's because it numbs their eyes so they don't get irritated getting used to putting in their contacts. I know, go figure.

Sorry about your friend. Personally I would rather use Arbonne than antibiotics and steroids on a 4 month old. What is that doctor thinking.

I have a mom on my team and the only reason is because I cleared up her baby's skin after just 3 days. She had taken him to peds and derms and no change. She was sold on Arbonne after that and is still on my team 6 years later.
