Just got a 5.0 solarmeter, and I'm just wondering how to use it. i.e. how far away from the lamps do I hold it, what parts do I measure, with to without acrylics etc.

I may even market it as my Vitamin D plan. It would be 100 minutes only, base beds only, $.50 per minute, $5 minimum cost per session. I've got everything working except the $5 minimum part. Everything I try either does nothing or does some odd multiplication to come up with an outrageous amount. Step pricing works sort of but not really what I want. So - can someone tell me how to do per-minute tans with a minimum (floor) price point?

I've gone to freeze a client's account & when I enter the code it says "there is no eft plan to freeze"...I click on their EFT tab, but it is blank, & the weirdest part is that they did get charged for the month. Oh, & it also happened to someone I was unfreezing.

I know that if you void a freeze or unfreeze on helios it will delete the eft info, but I know this isnt why this occurred because the last time this happened was on the 1st--our draft day--& it showed the client as being charged that day. It's almost like just entering the code is deleting info. It is the strangest thing, & when I called Helios they weren't even sure what happened.

Anyone know why this is happening? If a customer drops this bottle it will without fail break open. I had some in a shot cup under the counter and the bottom fell out of the cup. It is the stongest tingle I have ever tried but I'm starting to believe there is acid in it. Seriously, what could they be putting in this to make plastic deteriorate? I have even received shipments with bottles already broken at the side (where it normally breaks). I have taped up two of my clients bottles with silver electric tape to hold it together?
