He ended up messing with the intellitan ccs timer to get it to stop beeping.... Somehow two of our beds timers went off and now both have HELP displaying.

I'm very frustrated, as you can imagine there was no need to mess the the CCS and now i'm down 2 beds. JK is supposedly sending out two new Intellitan bed timers; however, probably won't be here for a couple days, and i'm wondering if there is anyway to fix these bed timers.

The fan was never shutting off, so replace the timer. It works, however the fan is not coming on at all now. The old timer had 2 normally open contacts. This new one, has one open and one closed. Left Mystic a message yesterday & they have yet to call me back-shocking!! I found model numbers on the boards but wanted to make sure they were the right ones & last longer than a few weeks. Don't want to waste $$ & have to replace them again. I have the original blue box & one of the nozzles doesn't work at all. We already did everything else to make sure.
