I'm very frustrated, as you can imagine there was no need to mess the the CCS and now i'm down 2 beds. JK is supposedly sending out two new Intellitan bed timers; however, probably won't be here for a couple days, and i'm wondering if there is anyway to fix these bed timers.

Anyone have this problem in the past?

Left Mystic a message yesterday & they have yet to call me back-shocking!! I found model numbers on the boards but wanted to make sure they were the right ones & last longer than a few weeks. Don't want to waste $$ & have to replace them again. I have the original blue box & one of the nozzles doesn't work at all. We already did everything else to make sure.

thanks!!

Our excellence 850 fan is surging on power up and stays on for 10-15 min after use. I was told to try switching the fan boards and see if that solves the problem. Where are the fan boards located?
