I've seen salons that have everything & many different brands, then I hear of a salon chain that only offers 6 products.

What is a good number, what will please 90% of the clients?

I see it like going to the Cheesecake Factory. Ever eat there? The menu is like a phone book, way too many options, takes like 40 minutes to figure out what you want to eat.

Then you go to a fancy place to eat & they have maybe 5-6 entrees, simple yet very good. I know what I want in about 2 minutes.

Which way to you go?

I am getting low on moisturizer inventory & need to decide what I want to carry going forward. What do you think is the best - and sells the best?

I currently carry MRI & DC (going to be bringing in Everyday Shorts) for tanning. But, for moisturizers I have gone with any company that I like the lotion. I have had Krem, Total Luxury, Savior, Undercover Angel, Enamor, and Simply Saturating in the salon. Undercover Angel & Enamor have sold the best so far. Krem hasn't left the shelf - people don't like the smell.

I would really like some feedback on this. What is your favorite, why & does it sell????
