In the past year I have found 2 wallets (one with over $800.00 in cash), one purse, a cat that I called the owners name on the tag, and a credit card on the ground.

In each and EVERY instance I found the owner and returned the items to them. The wallet with over $800.00 in cash was a 20 y/o army guy that had just pawned his laptop and it took me 3 days to locate him.

A clerk at Dillard's wrote down my credit card number and used it. She was busted.

I left my FAVORITE necklace and earrings by accident in our spray tan room and they were taken by a customer.

WORST>>>I was in a taxi this week and had my new 32g iphone 4 on my lap and of COURSE got out and forgot it. Within minutes I knew it. I sent an instant 2 minute sound with a message to the phone and disabled it. I watched my iphone on GPS traveling all over town in this cab.
The cab company called the driver within 1 minute of calling him the phone was turned off..no more tracking!
The driver swears the phone was not in his cab. He did not pick anyone up and we watched him on GPS tracking leave us and drive to the airport to wait in line for a fare when he got the call. There is NO doubt in our minds this taxi driver heard the loud 2 minute blast, found the phone and kept it. Taxi company says NOT OUR PROBLEM!

I just do not UNDERSTAND what has happened to honesty and integrity. It is sad and almost makes ME not want to care. I could not sleep at night knowing I did something like that to another person.

AMITYVILLE, N.Y. -- The owner of the New York house made famous in the 1979 film "The Amityville Horror" is holding a moving sale.

The five-bedroom Dutch Colonial on Long Island has been on the market since May for $1.15 million and is under contract. Owner Brian Wilson is holding a moving sale Saturday. Items include furniture and exercise equipment, not loot from the house's infamous past.

The Oscar-nominated film is based on the story of the Lutz family's brief stay in the house in 1975 after six members of the DeFeo family were shot and killed as they slept. Oldest son Ronald DeFeo Jr. was convicted.

The crime spawned a book and a series of movies that chronicled various supernatural horrors, including visions of walls oozing slime and moving furniture.

Most all everyone (except the decoys) are business owners and women. I started training in this about a year or so ago. I love it. This was an event to certify the decoys. This big guys is in personal security (the man not the dog) and was earning his cetification he flew in just for this.
Such a stress relief. Its better than going to the shooting range.

I have decided this, I really am glad to be alive right now and right here. There are no good old days, these are the good old days. Sure there are things that need to improve but this is a great time to be alive.

My wife and I had our soon to be 3 year old grandson last night and spent a great evening playing with him, he is just a delight. At 3 years old every little thing you do gets adults to clap and be excited, why can't we all live our lives like that? Every time you do something get excited about it. You can find joy in any little thing you want to or you can find horror in anything you want. Life is just too short to be walking around in a funk all the time feeling sorry for yourself because of the way things have gone either in your job or family life.

My hope is that if you are unhappy in some situation that you do whatever you have to do so that you are happy. It is still true today as it was about 30 years ago when I first heard it but you become what you think about all day long.
