My SS 2021's also put out 6-9 on the body on a 7.0 meter and put out in the 90's on a 5.0 and people get real tan.
THIS, my friends, is the Med Math paradox, paradigm(sp), whatever.

For tube lamps.... getting 4 MEDs in Te time is quite important. Less than 4 is an imposter. More than 4 is a frybaby orange machine.

But for HP... the monster UVA sort of overwhelms the UVB and MEDs - so less of these "hot" rays are needed for a great tan. Counterintuitive... but so is Hillary resurging after the ladies got pissed when some guy said "iron my shirts" ! Methinks that was a plant.
