Angelique, I am soooo in need of an employee policy!! I sometimes don't know how to deal w/ certain situations when they come up as nothing is in place to refer too. Time management isn't one of my best traits, so putting a policy in place has been on the back burner. Thanks for all the research & time you put into this!! I will try to download it, if that doesn't work, I'll see if you can send me copy.
