Scroll down the list till you see it. It has some good info and you can personalize it to fit your salon's needs. I have my new employees work with myself and other top employees until they know the computer program and become familiar with how the routine goes. First and foremost I work with them on how to provide customer service and how to speak to customers including their tone of voice. Stress the expectations. Then I educate them on lotions and how to recommend them to customers. Most of my employees are college students and I work with their schedule for the most part as long as it works out for both of us. Hope this info is helpful to you. |

She knows lotions as well as I do (if not better) because she's tanned at every salon in the area and tried every lotion on the market. I got lucky with this girl. Keeping fingers crossed. __________________ http://www.myspace.com/tanmissy |

In my opinion, having someone work too few hours takes away from a new potentional or tenured employee. __________________ There are only two certainties in life: taxes & death. |
