Does anyone have a release form for an automated spray tanning booth? I remember reading posts on this last year, but I can't seem to find it.

What kind of booth do you have?

I have a form you could use, but it's Mystic specific.

We have the Cabana Mist. I like it, but it is like driving a car....no one can do it perfectly the first time. It takes practice. Therefore, I'm trying to write the release form and avoid some of the complaints I've received.

I have a Magic VSpa release that is so awesome I revised our regular release.

Even includes a clause that says your package will be cancelled for verbal abuse...lol

verbal abuse? Why, do they expect a lot of complaints and ppl swearing at them for turning them orange or something?

Actually the entire thing says "I have been made aware that the salon reserves the right to cancel my package without reimbursement for customers who are verbally abusive, act in an inappropriate behavior, do not adhere to the salon rules, and/or act in a destructive or harmful manner."

Its more to protect your rights to revoke any psychos package for whatever reason.

Besides Dean, are you saying no one has ever abused you? lol

I had a total lunatic call me names before because I refused to acknowledge his lame attempts of flirting...
