Just wanted to let anyone who has switched to Microsoft Vista and is using Helios to make sure they are not running in shadow copy. Lost 10 days of info because I did not know it was not backing up correctly.

Helios supports XP Pro ONLY. You should have signed as such when you got the software.

Why are you trying to re-invent the wheel in the first place ????

oops, I bought a computer, and forgot to check what operating system my valuable asset (database) requires ??

Were you as careful with voltage, service size, and AC requirements, along with room sizes etc...........
