| Rookie Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Lane County, Or Posts: 12 |  Starting a Mobile Spray Tan I am starting a mobile spray tan service and had a few questions. What kind of cancelation policy would you recommend? Should I take a deposit? I am going to do a cash only and I am concerned about safety? Is there some way I could take credit/debit cards on the go? Any thoughts on safety? How do you charge for gas/mileage on places that are way out? Do I need some kind of portable air filtration unit? Thank you in advance  |

Same size of the keypad you hand your clients in the stores, but it's wireless. That way you have the card number before you even travel to the site. Require 24 hours, or 48 hours cancelation - or they loss the deposit. Have an agreement form you fax or email to them that they sign and send back. If not, they can dispute the credit card charge. |
