|  Hole in the wall location vs an A+ location means you will spend all that saved rent money on ads. People like to park once, and walk to a few places...not drive to 4 locations. Hole in the wall places definantly have a big negative from the begining. Look at Gyms, do you work out in a hole in the wall gym? And if not, why not.? |
