Get a real massage therapist, You can do well that way. Today we have 6 scheduled which will yield me another $200 to my day. That is with just one therapist on schedule. Tomorrow they are both already booked and should yield another $350 (shorter day tomorrow)

It adds tons to your bottom line with little investment.

table, linens, CD player dimmable lights, quiet room, white noise machine. Pretty much basic set up. I personally offer the above plus: Power motorized tables, hot towel cabinets, hot stone set up, reflexology chair, seated massage chair, paraffin wax (after reflexology) laundry service, appointments taken etc.....

Look into hooking up with a local massage therapy school, some have internships where they will work for hours for free (they can keep tips only) you get to charge a student rate and keep all. Give them a good % cut at least 60% of the cost of the massage as you will retain them longer. My main girls have been with me since opening 3.5 yrs and another for just under 2 yrs.
