Yeah, whatever. I have a number of gym clients that are illogically obsessive. They choose an area and are absolutely excessive about it. For instance, they would never eat a cookie or a piece of pie, but they think nothing of sucking down a 12 oz. strawberry daquiri loaded with whipped cream. Sugar is sugar. They excercise to the point that they actually compromise their own results by not allowing the body to rebuild between sessions, and think that no pain, no gain applies to the knee and ankle joints.
So what we have here is yet another excessive person on a rant. These are the hardest to work with. The mind is made up, and not to be confused with facts. They are truly excessive, but not to worry, they will soon be onto something else. Disrupting something else, researching and attacking something else! And give us a well-deserved BREAK! |
