They could also purchase standard sockets for about $16.00 each, then relamp with the exact same lamp from Heraeus for about 1/2 the cost.

Depends on what the competition had & the rest of the mix in my salon. They all have pros & cons.
Some have higher UVB Some have tons of UVA Some have a nice balance of both Some have great looks Some suck...... I would have to admit that it would be either the Magic 636, ISO Italia Matrix ER or the Mastersun 360. If I was looking for more UVB, faster more immediate results, I would definitely look into the 1050 & the Leonardo. I certainly would lean towards purchasing an Italian made unit.

Apology please, from the one that stated the following BS:
I know that, so post a pic of a meter reading at the bench of what that Boat Anchor® is lacking. ![]() Probably puts out high 50's, low 60's. High B cooker. Toy. __________________ ![]() |

Hey Matt... a couple years ago you actually posted a set of Tanses meter readings. What were they? I forgot. They weren't "bad" as I recall. Don't remember if they were LP or HP.
Any Pics? |

5.0 solarmeter = 109 6.0 solarmeter = 1.36 7.0 solarmeter = 21.1 No pictures, just a notebook full of meter readings on tons of lamps over the years. |

I don't think that would cook a deer © any more faster than a 636 or whatever else have you.... except maybe an original BlackSun HP. Certainly not a boat anchor ® imo.
