The Magic 636 needs to be priced at about $30-$35.00 walk in & maybe max discount of a 10 pack for $250.00. Lamp life will be about 800 hrs (they claim 1000 hrs) 12 minute sessions. 800 hrs x 60 minutes per hour = 48,000 minutes ÷ 12 minutes per session = 4000 sessions. 4000 sessions @ $25.00 per session = $100,000.00 per lamp change. This bed could be had for around $38,000.00 now, looks like a real good investment to me. When running this unit you will need added AC & will definetely want to have the exhaust ducted out of the salon. __________________ |

Nobody in the industry offers this kind of guarantee. They can't because it's a patent on the technology. All because of our triac board. AL |

The new acrylic supports (which are needed) seem to block the air flowing directly under the acrylic. Don't think they thought of the two systems working in conjuction at the time. James |

First of all, why quote walk-in, single visit pricing - if you're running your store(s) half right, you shouldn't be selling many singles at all but rather packages and memberships that create the illusion of the bed being more affordable. Second, there is no such thing as 'high pressure' or really whatever 'not taking off in my area' - this simply means that there are dumb *** salon owners around that have not been able to CREATE a lucrative market for HP. Or, perhaps you just don't know these competing salons' numbers and only hearing from the few customers that buyed, tried, and came back to you. What about all the people that you may NEVER see again because they're now happily forking over the $20 or so average per session at these competing salons? Bottom line is for the most part, all customer bases are very similar. You got your WHALE clients, your cheap asses, and a whole bunch of in betweens. YOU can create the market, the demand, and therefore the income. Can you sell? Train? Excite? Market? If you answer yes, go get one and watch your income go way up. If not, don't do it cause it will be a slow road to even make your lease payment. |

So if educated and sold right they will opt for the best equipment(HP). Which only takes 3-4 sessions a month to maintain that luscious tan year around but will gladly pay you a premium not to come in every other day. Not all HP machines are created equal! Just because you add a high pressure machine doesnt automatically mean you start raking in mega money! Arming your staff so they can educate your customers about high pressure tanning isn't easy as pie! __________________ ![]() ......................Flashback 1999........................
