| Does anyone have the Ultrabronz Indulgence?? It gives really good tans, but also comes with a bunch of problems. I guess Ultrabronz's solution to the problem was coming up with Ultrabronz 950. It seems as though people that bought the Indulgence are just screwed... Actually the guy at tech support asked me to come up with a solution. hmmmm... |

The continue button gets stuck and the machine never lets the user know when to flip over. Therefore people get burned. The canopy down button gets stuck and people get stuck in the machine. I'm trying to come up with a way to custom make some buttons, but I seriously doubt this. I do not know what to do. |

The output isn't all that good. The 950 has a newer style Verticle lamp & parabolic reflector. Much better output & more replacement lamp choices. Although if you have some dough to spend consider the new Sunsport Platinum matress unit. Will smoke the 950. __________________ |

I can assure you that I have never told a customer "figure it out for yourself." As far as the 950 replacing the 924, it did replace the 924 because the 950 was the first model manufactured in the US, and Ultrabronz no longer wanted to import our beds. We are proudly American made. We also still service and carry the replacement parts for the 924. You can put the 950's tan against any machine current or not and it will not be beat. Also we have already figured out filter glass from the factory, so no need to purchase any upgrade glass. We give you the best tan up front with no games. |

Why not buy a used 924 for 12g or there abouts? The new 950 goes for 37g. You can still charge 30.00 or so per visit on the 924 (we are) and it tans great. The buttons do get stuck every now and then but not a major problem. As far as getting burned, there is not enough uvb to get burned if you do not flip over. If that was so, the bed would not be approved for 20 minutes. I'm sure there are many people out there who cannot swing the 37g for a new bed but will still make a lot of money with a used 924. So coming from people who have owned each generation of Ultrabronz, the 924 is no problem. Not anywhere near as many problems as the Supernova. And since we have about 60 beds and many different varieties, I tell you there is now such thing as a problem free tanning bed. |
