Probably not Jim.

It's a pretty stupid concept. Unless that donut is moving up and down at 100 miles an hour you would have to stand there for quite some time to get enough exposure to produce a tan since it would be intermitent.

At least the floor pan is deep enough to catch the blood and severed fingers from the moving parts.
