| Moderator | Mumbo Had the same problem the first year.. We did a couple of customer appreciation days and that helped quite a bit.. Let your really good customers try that bed that day.. Turns them around on HP.. Now the bed gets used quite a bit.. Don't be discouraged.. Most people are just set in their ways and they can be changed.. Get some brochures and educate the customer or do a before and after pics of someone who uses a hp bed |

Old dogs (clients) need to be put in when they first start back, hard to change a VHR into HP AFTER they've got the color. __________________ ......................Flashback 2001........................ Your HP unit should be your most HEAVILY used unit & at the highest price. This is ESPECIALLY true if you only have one HP unit. As Sparky stated, you must PUSH PUSH PUSH your most expensive unit. Quickest tan, brownest color, tan less often & gentlest on the skin. When it is being sold to the customer it should sound like a NO BRAINER to them to want this unit. What unit is it?. |

If you are only putting in 12-20 hours a week, they are not going to try hard to make you successful. You need to be there or consider getting out like you mentioned in another post. |

The salon has to push push push HP like it the best thing EVER!. Then it will be the most used. And this must happen to EVERY new client that comes in the door and even keep asking the regular clients. |
