| Ok. I tanned in both last week. I already had very good color to start with. Matrix L33: Good looking unit for wow factor (the neon helps a lot with that), fast time (unlike matress units), and some noticeable color afterwards. Used TAO bronzing lotion, no tingle. Drawbacks: Hot. My back and legs were getting hot spots and the air flow was at max. Overall score 8 out of 10. Magic 636: Good looking unit (needs neon lights for best wow factor) and the voice thing is a cool feature for new tanners, makes them feel like they are using high tech equipment. Air flow was much more comfortable than the Matrix and it was set to maximum on all settings for wattage and air. VERY noticeable color. I got out of the bed and Brian told me "Dude! Go look in the mirror!" I've never gotten that much color out of one session in any equipment before. I used pink diamond bronzer with med tingle for lotion. Brian did tell me they had the upgraded acrylic in that unit with 1.5% uvb, but damn! Overall score 9 out of ten. (Flashier would get a 10) Decision: I'm ordering the Magic 636 in the next couple weeks. |

The latest version of this bed also incorporates a 'shingled' MUG6 glass over the 4 facial lamps making it an absolute dream to tan in. You will not be disappointed with your choice. __________________ ......................Flashback 2001........................ Someone is smoking dope. No such thing to my knowledge. Just lower B glass for the face with strip filters for cooling. 2k lamps blow up the sheet mug 6 too easilly. |
