Default Magic Owners Help!

Ok, I don't know what I am missing. I am trying to set my Magic's back up to 11 minutes on the unit from 10. I have changed it on the salon owners level and the technician's level. Pressed the start to get out of the programming ect.

Problem is, the display still says 10 minutes. This is on two beds, so I must be missing something. I even cycled the power behind the bed (on the little room breaker box) on one to see if it needed that, but no change.

Weird part is, if I go into the programming after, it still says 11 minutes as max body time, but again, when I get back to normal, display says 10?

Any ideas?

What chip do you have in the T-Max and did you make the changes up front on the Sun Touch?

Not a T-MAX issue at all Mr NG.

This is all on-board computer programming

In Tech section, you need to adjust MAX TIME BODY MINUTES

sounds like you did that

In Salon Operator Section, you need to adjust MAX TIME BODY MINUTES

AND

SESSION TIME

"Session Time" sounds like it has not been adjusted back up yet.

P.S.

If you need the Owners Manual on PDF file, rather than the hard-printed from mfr, PM me an e-mail addy and I'll send it off to ya.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can set it past 12 mins unless you set the mechanical timer inside the bed way ahead first.

Or does the computer in the display restrict you? Not sure.

Not sure, but either way, with it putting out 120 to 130 UVA+B, not many would want more than 12 anyway, too hot by then.
