They are kinda cheaply made, and have too much uv-b. But A carefull salon owner with a trained staff can make them work.

Don't sell them as HP, no burn , no dry skin, blah blah blah. Just sell the tans as strong tans.

This is a Tecnosun bed being called a Blacksun. Tecnosun is still very much in business. See them (and this bed which they call the Denheb 360) at http://www.tecnosun.com/esplash.html and click on products then scroll to bottom. All parts can be had through them and bulbs are readily available in the US.
