We did need to make custom sheet metal to reduce the depth from the 10" round exhaust ducts. If you added 6" to the depth to make 8'6" D would fit just fine, and use the standard duct kit adapters provided. (Uses 12" Round duct) 61-1/2" to the front of bed, including 6" ductwork in the rear, 102" of length including the 'upgrade' box fan at the foot of the bed. 100A C/B @ 240v, 80A runninng load. 208 Amperage slightly higher. Here's a link to a T-Shooting Guide for the 2021 also. Assuming he probably won't get the original docs that came with it. good wiring diagrams, etc on the bed. http://highpressuretanning.com/SunSp...leshooting.pdf |

Buy 21 new 30 mic capacitors...and make sure you have the extra 2 mic cap's on them also. (capacitors go bad and even with a cap meter, you cant tell unless the bed is running (and you cant test that)....slightly bad caps mean lower voltage to the lamp, and this is hard on the lamp, and the output. Heat kills Caps, and many SS beds have been run hard and put away wet so just do it and you will save yourself a lot of little headaches. Oh, I would also put 21 new ignighters in it too as you will save even more headaches......and buy some new ceramic block conectors if the last person used wire nuts or tape.) B. Get a new "shielded" wiring harness. (if any lamp goes out on old harness, the bed will shut off due to the 5,000 volt ignighters trying to light the lamp for the entire session.) C. Also, make sure you have good make up air. Both into the room, and into the salon. Blow that heat right out the roof, and give the store or room 3000 cfm make up capacity. Duct 50% of the rooms a/c down the wall and right into the Body Fan. Most important for customer comfort is the air ON the customer. You can get by with less AC when you duct the air correctly.
