Just get Mug 6 glass with it from the get go or it will cost you an extra $2,000 later on and the hot spots will be unbearable. I have the legs on level 1 and still too hot. I can't up the strength until i get mug 6 or customers ankles are on fire!!!!! OUCH.... Acrylic seems flimsy but it supports even the 400lbs bigguns.....tried tested and true. Mug 6 glass will substancially decrease and eliminate hot spots on this unit. It will also allow more UVB for better results. Don't bother with the original glass. My king has about 700hrs on it in just over 1 year......pretty busy unit. Keep in mind it's a 12min maximum exposure time. Good money maker. __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ The problem nowadays is stupidity. How many freaking people are bigger than that considering 70% of customers are FEMALE. I don't want to visit your town if that is a "Normal CHICK" OH, and Mug 6 is mandatory! Drops heat 30% and ups B to about over 3 med's.....another 'vhr on steroids' |

Now like Drew said, if your clients are all 500lbs, well then maybe you should have suspended HP lamps from the ceiling and they can lay on the concrete floors. But the King has no issues with flimsy or weight. No more or less than any other bed with acrylics. Like I said, i own one and have NEVER had a problem with the King for anything. Just brings in the money. My filters have solarized and are allowing more heat in...need to get Mug 6. Should have gotten it with the unit brand new. DREW, do you know for a fact that the results are a lot better in the tan after Mug6 on the KING. __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ The problem nowadays is stupidity. Depending on what the clear filter glass is also. my Magic was one of the first in-country, and we changed out both the clear to 'Performance Clear' (i.e. thicker clear) AND changed out the Italian 'blue crackle' to true MUG6. The change was OUTSTANDING !!! Both styles of glass are now available and/or standard on the MAGIC, and should also be the same for the KING | |

The Mug6 Blue glass didn't come with it. Our sunsport had the upgraded clear glass and we changed over to Mug6 for the blue and eventhough hot spots were decreased, we didn't notice too much of a difference in tanning results. Tired of dark VHR bed lovers saying....i didn't see anything. Will the Mug6 actually be a VHR on steroids for the Type 3 skin types with the changeover to MUG6 Glass?? __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ The problem nowadays is stupidity. If you've got a client who is already VHR'd out, they won't see phenom results, but they're still there. Hardest part is "Getting The Red Out", and that goes for tanning as well as eyecare. Famous words are Premium lotion, and a sticker where I can see it, you'll see results. Easy sale on the fresh year. 3 sessions in 7 days, then 3-4 times a month to maintain. The VHR babies will eat it up when they're pale. I've still got a number of clients who throw a SunGate into the regimen for a once a week tan, either rotating between the two, or adding a Gate session, then back for 2-3 HP. |

Don't know how much more the Magic is now from the King. Depends on your budget. If you can afford it, i'd say get the Magic. __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ The problem nowadays is stupidity. All I can say is if it tanned like it did with the original glass, I would sell them. We had to give clients 1 or 2 free regular tans BEFORE they went in the original Magics, to be sure they got the results they expected. The mug 6 is the bomb. You will burn pale azz whitey if you put him too long. Just watch your times on the extreme whiteys. The bed should have been like this in the first place IMO. |
