Well your obviously bitching about service on here so you must not be getting better service?(ACCORDING TO YOU) I have seen over a 100 units installed in a week in 3 location we needed containers on site. Point is your analogy of them taking your garbage is absurd. Does your may tag man take their trash? The answer is no I just ordered 12 new washers and dryers we are responsible for the trash. |

Sure, when I bought a W/D from Lowes, they delivered in THEIR truck, with THEIR crew, and carted off trash. When beds are delivered by Common Carrier, i.e. trucking company, the truck is long gone, and the installed is left with his Ford Mustang, or Mazda Miata, to take tools home with. They have, though, been willing and able to stack trash by the dumpsters for removal. P.S. Still no answers to any of my previous questions Sheri ....... and I was one of the first containers installations so many many years ago with this bed, so ....................... been there, done that, and service and tech support has been impecable. |

| UV Geek Squad Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Lake St Clair Posts: 3,326 | This subject has taken a bit of a different twist now. Shari has her 7.0 meter today and took some readings along with her 5.0 at setting # 4: Canopy (closed): 5.0: 117.0 7.0: 19.0 Bench: 5.0: 63.4 7.0: 11.3 Bottom line: Her 5.0 output is less than Bob's and Brian's... upper and lower. Her 7.0 readings are higher than Bob's and Brians. So - The filter glass (Mug-6) is certainly working for UVB transmission. She could turn the setting down to 3 or 2 and get ~17.5 MED/hr same as Bob and Brian. But the 5.0 UVA would then fall back near 100... wheras 130 is more optimal. On max setting 8 the 5.0 doesn't go up past 123. She considers the IR heat to be more than wanted on setting 4. And the "sideways" tanning results are minimal or "stripes" she says. I asked her to take sideways readings left and right at body position to see if there is a big difference or not. Any ideas you 636 experts??? She would like to boost her 5.0 output about 10% and reduce her 7.0 output about 10% at the same time. I would suggest thicker clear glass and higher setting... but I'm not a bed tech. |

| Super Star Join Date: Nov 2004 Posts: 806 | Just a couple of corrections...the 5.0 reading on 8 is 127-128 at highest numbers. The ir is close to unbearable in certain lamps causing complications. My thoughts, as expressed to the company, the glass application is wrong...something is wrong. |

The only other option is to hire another tech, and pay him directly to trouble shoot your problem. But it sounds like someone needs to be on site. Al |

Shari just keeps ignoring her... so she started new threads here and there about what is the best HP bed (meaning anything other than Sun Italia or Miracle Sun stuff). |
