We bought a Matrix L33 at the show in Tennesee last October..Love the bed, however the warranty service we've received has been terrible. I've had a bulb out for over 1 month..(of course during the busiest part of the year), we get phone calls saying they are working on it?? whatever that means..then the tech finally shows up after a month (on the one day I'm out of town) and moves the non working bulb to the bottom of the bed,.not replacing it..and leaves..and another 2 weeks later I still sit with a bulb out..it's now been over 2 months..it's been a nightmare!! Has anyone else had this problem? A huge investment for little service...I bought a new lexus...they're service department even calls every week to see how I like my car..I might drop if I ever received a call like that from a tanning bed company! Any ideas of what to do??
