Default Needed: transformer

I'm looking for an internal step up transformer for an Omega. If anyone has one or knows where to get one, please let me know.

Future says 4-6 weeks.

Yeah, I don't know if you remember me, but I'm the guy that bought the fans and plastic vents from you off of that Omega.

I bought 2 fans that DO NOT WORK and every single one of the 6 plastic pieces were broken. I emailed you several times afterwards and you never returned my email.

In regard to plastic fan ducts if they was broken in shipment when you opened the box you should of contacted UPS for a damage in shipment claim asking to do something 6 months later is not good business practice, In regard to the fan motors sent all was working when we dimanted bed all of them could not have been bad unless they was hooked up wrong and burnt the windings out any motor should run if it has good bearing and winding are ok which this was the case when motors were sent Iam sorry to write this but you wanted a response after 6 months when equipment arrived.

No, I actually sent an email about a month after they arrived, and that was only due to our bed not being set up until then, hence no need to install the fans until the bed was actually set up.

But regardless if it was 1 month or 6 months, I never recieved a response from you, which is worse business practice.

I don't care now, as my bed is up and running and making me money, just letting others on here know what happened when I bought parts from your company.
