What if they tell you they put the sticker on but then they don't? You have no way of proving that they didn't.

Digital camera is cheap enough nowaday... take before and after picture ... after their 3rd session.
When you take the first pic tell them that you need their pic for your database so that your employee(s) would know who they are when they come in to tan.
Second pic would be a "WOW... you really got a nice tan... Can I take another picture of you?" Then compare the two picture to them. That should be a prove.

yea, and people suck. at least the ones coming to my salon. Just had a lady buy a packet of shameless but there was get down brown in the trash when she left. the packets are right next to eachother. she must of bought the shameless and stolen the get down brown while she did that. apparently i have a 2 for 1 special going on lol. so needless tos ay because of people like her i dont trust anyone. even my nicest customers.

This woman steals religiously, just have never been able to catch her directly even though I know its her. One time she stole a bottle of Tattoo Tingle then walked in with the bottle in her hand and the Just Tans sticker on the bottom. She accidentally left it in the room so we stole it back and she had the nerve to get pissed that it was "lost" because she paid alot of money for it! WHAT?!?!?!

I set someone up once because we thought he was stealing from us, left a bottle of Hot lotion out (tattoo hot actually) and he like we suspected took it and tanned for 20 min (old salon) and came out beet red and said there must be something wrong with the bed because he burnt.

I told him that it's the lotion he stole that did that to him and don't set foot in here again. LOL!

HAHA who knows judging by what I found out about the girl that I just fired. But this woman steals all the time, so I'm pretty sure it was her. I decided I'm setting her up, and calling the cops while she is in tanning and getting her ass arrested. I'm sick of her. But anyway, this thread is about Elite's HP bed.
I wouldn't do the money back guarantee. Restaurants don't give you your money back if you don't like your food but you eat the whole plate. At least I dont think they do. Airlines don't refund your tickets because you didn't like the city you went to. If people say they don't like the results from your magic. They are lying. They suck, and they'll try anything for a free ride. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with those people, even if you prove they shouldn't get their money back, it would be a waste of time and energy to go through the whole process.
