Default Magic Voice problem

Okay, I just hooked up my magic to speakers last week. The voice was nice and loud for a few days, now it's there but she's very quiet. The regular audio is coming through just fine, any suggestions.

Wish I could help.. My Chronos is the same way.. You can barely here the guy cuz the bed is kicking on at the same time with the exhaust fans and everythings else.

I personally never saw the point in it anyway. I show all my clients how the bed works either way.

You might call Patryk

Its been a while since I have played with the magic settings. One of these guys on here should be able to help you. There should be a master volume setting built in to your touch screen, only you have access to this, not the customer. You can pre set this to the highest volume in the operator settings.

If my memory is correct, I think the voice volume is set thru the treble settings when you set up the cd section. Make sure the treble is set to the max. If the Magic blows up, you never heard this from me.

Yeah, the trebble setting controls voice vol. too. The music will sound like $h!t if you set the treble to max though. Dumb, should have a separate control.

Try hitting the audio button 5-7 times just when she starts talking.Doing this should increase the volume.

I also by pass the board and bed with the stereo.Just hook the speakers direct to the stereo. This way bass treble is all set from the stereo. Then only the voice will come thru from the bed.I just use an extra speaker for the voice.

I actually used a 4 channel set of computer speakers, one pair is for the bed voice and overhead music, the other can be for whatever such as MP3. I'll try hitting the audio button upon startup tomorrow, The trebble didn't seem to do anything when i did it earlier

when the bed has a 'hard reset' i.e. power off/on, resets back to half master volume.

Hit Audio, raise the vol to max and you're done.

Haven't had that issue in a year or three.

Personally, I just leave it as background noise now.

Show new clients once and they get it. Also we don't even bother with client lamp details,

just push T-max start and bed down auto arrow.

Brian is correct. Same thing on my King. The Trebble controls the volume of Helga's voice.

Adjust the trebble to half way or a bit higher and she'll be chatting away.

Someone was playing with the audio when they were tanning and turned down the trebble probably....turn it back up and she'll be screaming away.

okay, there actually seems to be a seperate volume, if you adjust it while she's talking. Trebbel didn't do much for me actuallly.

Now that she's back up, I think I'm gonna turn her back down, lol.

I had a talk with Patryk about this last week. I thought we could all get a new custom chip made and the cost would probably be really low once one is done.

If any of you heard the voice on the ProSun beds, it's a nice relaxing sexy voice. Helga, as Din calls her, scares me!

I use computer speakers that were meant for wall mounting, nice sound and look like they belong
