Default Ergoline 650

Does anyone have electical specs on the 650? Google is not much help. I am wondering if a #6 wire would be good or would I need a #4?

G... You can get away with using one or the other... If you don't care about spending a few extra bucks just grab the 4. Much better quality.

60A 3 phase (draw 45 amps), 5 wires, with 6 gauge wire or 100A single phase (74A draw), 4 wires, on 3 gauge wire.

thank guys... the thing is....I have #6 running in the rooms now....If I get a sungate in there I would need to upgrade to #4. If the 650 is ok with #6 then I would rather leave it in there and pick up a couple of 650's instead.

6 gauge is spec.

And as much as I like the Sungate -- you should be able to charge more for a 650 as a combo. Puts a heck of a tan on!

Ann....both beds will get me $30 walkin....so charging more is of no concern to me. Aside the starship they will be my entry level beds since the only thing else is the $35 level I have on the sunsport platinum, leonardo etc. Heck....I might even lowball it and charge $25 for them... My problem is more with electrical than anything else.

Ok.. I know my Sh!t when it comes to high pressure beds, low pressure whether 100w or vho systems. Can someone with combo units explain to me the reason for having a combo unit?

Why would the customer benefit from tanning in a 650 as opposed to tanning in a good VHR like the S-Class or a true HP like the mastersun (4 u tammy )

If you offer a VHR level and an HP level in the same salon, how would you sell a combo unit? Price of session is not a factor here. Just results.

How do you answer the customer who asks..."well, isn't my back gonna get a different tan than my front?"

So, you can get a little B with the HP to induce even more color. now, i only talking about a ergo 650 with HP and VHR's in the top.

well, this is 2 questions. 1. 650 has HP on your whole front side as S-class only face. 2. dark skinned people will get more color from 650 with the addition of some B induced color. So. more of a supercharged HP bed. But, downside is its going to be a little reddening induced color until it blends in...

I have orbits (vhr facial beds) i have omega's and the 650 as my top level. The omega works great, as we don't have to be so careful not to burn someone...as with the ergo 650. so, light complected clients benefit most from the omega HP...and all clients can get more time between sessions and still go into the omega HP without the risks oof sunburn...now with the ergo, we still have to be careful if that same client had'nt been in, say in over 2 weeks...they;d be better off to go full 20 minutes in the omega. its easiest for us to sell the HP, but i prefer the 650...only 12 minutes....but the omega does giveme instant "brown" no redness...and no pressure points on the back side.

How do you answer the customer who asks..."well, isn't my back gonna get a different tan than my front?"
this one is easy...i just tell them, your front side is what you see, would'nt it be nice to get more color there? plus its the first to fade as well, with all the cleansing of ones face and hands...plus the cold air fades quicker and your face what, exfoliates 7 times faster than the rest of your body? Its nice to get the extra color on the front side!!!

i always dreamed of having the perfect bed would be a combination HP with VHR...when ergo came out, i bought it brand new! No regrets...well, maybe a little regret...could of put that 30k towards a HP back then...but i have no regrets so far all these years having the ergo 650, orbits and omega as my HP...
Next bed to the mix will be a "Magic" only thing missing to be perfect! well, it would be nice to have a salon full of future industries beds and a magic...but have to work with what i have for now.

Hope this has helped you?
