One thing I just noticed today, when helga speaks, the cd input comes on no matter what the volume is set on. cd input is what I'm using for my input. Helga still sounds fine,.....as in not distorted, but I hear the cd input even if the source is set to none. is there some sort of relay in there that switches her voice on and should knock the source off until she's done?

Didn't someone mention that the voice can be completely turned off on the magic?? via dip switches?

Alright, I had it with this thing, I tell people to turn it up before they start the bed, what do they do, they turn it up while helga is talking. so they essentially did not turn up the volume just her god awful voice

BAD BAD BAD BAD design. The salon is the only one that should have control over the volume of her voice. Poor girl probably thinks I was yelling at her in the bed when I was trying to tell her how to increase volume.

Anyway to shut her off and still use the volume?

I guess the one thing I could do is turn off standby music they they are forced to increase or decrease volume
I see a dip to switch from matress to 360, but that's it

Mike
Read my first post. The magic should have a radio built into the machine. Go into settings and you will see the stero setting. You can disable it there. Call Brian at Miracle Sun if you cant figure it out

You can disable that, but the voice stays.

I want to still be able to use the built in amp for my input. I'm using the cd input on the bed

Well I finally got around to having brackets made to mount the speakers on the bed. I have them pointing down at about 30 degrees. They are mounted right above the facial cooling vents. Clarity in bed is amazing now.
