Default Help Magic Problem

Bed was running great all day. employee went to use it and the LCD is showing ERROR, check machine.

The number for mathias is no good, Patryk is not answering. BIG BIG PROBLEM during prom season

Your block hours are past. You have to reset them. Hold on and I will post how.

To reset TOTAL HOURS - In the Service Programming Mode, with the TOTAL HOURS displayed, press the AUDIO and VENT buttons simultaneousy for 10 seconds.

Go into servicing menu ESC, OK and AUT DWN…..

Go to Total Hours ( should read something like 990)

Press and hold both the Audio and Vent button until it resets the hours (cancels the hours)

Press the START button to exit.

It's negative statements like that that I do not get. I don't know anyone at SunItalia, but I do know they have given you a top producer and obviously it is making you tons of money. You get all pissy because a guy doesn't immediately call you back. Grow up already. What possible incentive do they have to call you back now??? Jerk.
The gurus in this industry don't have 13 people waiting for someone to call, they too are trying to make a living, and may well have been on the phone helping someone else.

Post Rage, is that equivalent to Road rage.

Sparky, now that's what I call help. And what a fabulous manual, best I've ever seen.

Hey Brian, Jacka$$ #2, just trying to get people to help themselves. I know you are great and very helpful, I've been watching for years, but you are not always around either, so I think people could be a bit more selfreliant.

I just have some extra time on my hands for now, and I do get some good laughs from this site. Like Solarmeter's post today, priceless!

First of all douche, there was no negativity towards either patyrk or mathias in that statement above. I skimmed the manual and missed that part. First spot I went to was troubleshooting. Guess what there is nothing related to that error message. After reading the manual, unless I missed it yet again, there is still no reference to that message on the screen.

wow, a guy has a issue with a high dollar producing bed...posts a "need help" and within 16 minutes has all the help he needs to get it back up and running and making money! thats faster than any phone call could produce. amazing! congrats to this post!!! and the people whom do care to help....not ridicule.

okay, I found it in the instructions, but guess what it is soo poorly placed I missed it , multiple times. I'm looking for an error. i had no idea it has to do with blocked hours. I've expressed my issues with this manual before. There are some errors suchs as the RST settings they state you want to use for max adjustability.

You know when a bed goes down that is producing good income it immediately puts you into stress. Coming on here and posting was a great idea and got him an answer pretty darn quick. I don't see that he was negative towards his supplier, just factual. He couldn't reach them. Doesn't mean they are bad people and he never said they were. He just stated facts. And he got his questioned answered and his bed back up and running.

Matthias is working for a chain in LV now but he is available to help you. 702.966.9928 We had a problem about a month ago and he was johnny on the spot. Thank you Matthias. BTW I got his permission before I posted his new number. Now if Patyrk would put his correct number on his answering machine everyone might be able to reach him.
