| Ever since I installed version 11.4 I'm having problems with my T-Max. The Manager is brand new and was working fine for two weeks until I upgraded. Everthing was working fine for 1 day and then we kept getting error messages. All of a sudden when we went to send time to a bed, the beds would disappear from the bed selection. If we tried to send time it would display bed already in use. Other times if 1 or 2 beds displayed we'd choose one of those and it would display timer not communicating properly Retry? The T-Max would beep in attempt to set the bed. Sometimes it would work. I spoke with both Helios and T-max support several times and the only thing I could do was to put T-Max into manual mode and chang e the setting in Helios for no timer. We ran this way for a few weeks but it does not safgaurd from setting the beds without putting a client into the system. This week I spoke with Helios support and we got the both up and running again with no problems until today!!! Same problem all over again. I need help! I can't have these problems interrupting my business anymore. ![]() |

Tech Support (either company) should be able to help you here. |
