Default Buying New Timer - Use Helios 11, Need Advice

I could really use some advice. I am getting ready to buy a new timer system and I will be conecting it to my helios version 11 that I recently upgraded to. I currently have 14 beds and all but 2 of them are Sun Ergoline beds. I use their CCS timers. I need to know if:

* Can I use a CCS4 with Helios version 11

* Is there a way to prevent the computer from being bypassed to set the beds to avoid employee theft (employees setting beds for free for friends)

* In an PC down emergency, is there a way to allow the employee to get a passcode from managment that would allow the beds to be set dirrectly form the timer and then the passcode reset until next time it is needed.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The CCS4 will work with Helios 11.

The CCS4 has passwords that you can change that allow you to keep your employees from starting sessions manually without knowing the password.

If your computer crashes, you can enter that password to start sessions. Once your computer is working again, you can change the password.
