We just added a new tanning unit to our salon. Using T-Max and Helios v11. The new tanning unit only shows up on the computer for clients with memberships or for employees, but not for clients that have bought minute packages for this unit. Can anyone offer suggestions?

you have to set the code you use to access the minutes to see that new unit as well.

For each Code used you must go into the Sales Code (Settings -> Sales Code -> your security Code) and enter or adjust either or both of the Pkg/Mem , Intelligence , Price Grid , or Money Grid as applicable to allow the use.

look at other beds setups to get a good idea what I'm noting here.

Selling minutes leaves money on the table. Customers also ration their minutes and don't develop the desired results they are looking for.

Sell sessions or points only. Once the bed is activated, a session is removed. Minutes will be the death of you.
