Suntouch and Mystic

I recently upgraded to the newest version of suntouch and hooked my tmax to the computer system (the old owners/version did not hook the system together) I love the ease of use for all my beds but my mystic. For some reason i can set it in the computer (shows the countdown etc) but it does not set it in the tmax (stays at 0). I have to disable the port to manually set my tmax to get the mystic to work, then re enable it to work the rest of the beds, easy for me, not so easy for my staff. I called Customer service this morning and had to leave a message and have not recieved a call back.

Any ideas how to get suntouch, tmax and the mystic to communicate?
