Default Ergoline 500 cracked acrylic

Does anyone know of anyone who could help us get this replaced fast? We are having trouble with our service from Ergoline these past 2 days ... Thanks!

Just out of curiosity, how much did you end up spending on that acrylic??
I was just told that my 450 acrylic would be over 500.00 to replace.

Default Good News - Bad News

Thank you everyone for your replies.

The good news is that we found out from Ergoline that this will be covered (and we don't have to pay for it).

The bad news ... trying to get it, and find out when we will get it.

This is making up my mind about our next bed, Ergoline or Matrix (TanAmerica). This service is terrible.

I think that Ergoline has great equipment but the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!
