How do I make it so that when someone posts on Threads that I've posted on it doesn't alert me via email?

go into your profile and uncheck that option

Go into your private messages, to the left there is a collumn, select edit options, then look for this.

Defalt thread supbricption mode

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

Default Thread Subscription Mode:

even if you do that it will not notify you from here on it.....but the ones that you have already posted on it will continue to email you. You have to also click on list subscriptions after that is done and make sure there are no check marks in the boxes next to threads....if there are you have to uncheck them all. These are for threads you have posted on already. But by doing what Island Cove told you, it will stop email subsriptions for all future posts.

So if you click on no subscription and you still are getting them, you know why. I had to do that.....so just double check it.
